Winter Blue Wedding Cake

My wedding cake was not only beautiful to the eye but pleasing to the palette. I utilized my several years of bakery experience to combine flavors and textures that would result in the ultimate dessert.


It was a three layer box cake, with an light blue fondant icing, trimmed with fresh berries. The actual cake was white, infused with a hint of lemon. There were two layers of filling, one a light and sweet chantilly creme and the second, fresh berries.

The cake served 150 people. It truly was a dessert, not just a showcase piece.

I paid $200 for the cake which in New York is a steal! Worth every penny.
