Winnie The Pooh Birthday Cake

I know Winnie the Pooh loves honey, but did you know he loves cake too? When my boy turned one year old we made him this Pooh cake. You can make whatever cake your child prefers, but for the icing here is something kind of unique you might like to try which my children love:

Cake icing:

1 jar strained pineapple
1 jar strained apple
4 ounces Mascarpone cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
