I saw this cake in an issue of Martha Stewart Weddings, and knew it was the one for us. I wanted something classic, gorgeous and all white. I loved that it looked like a marble sculpture.
The cake itself was classic white with a delicious lemon filling. It was made by Miel Patisserie of Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The cake was large enough to feed 75 guests, with the top layer saved for our anniversary. It cost $600.
