White Chocolate Wedding Cake

I wanted to have a no-traditional tiered cake. In 1998 this was very Avant-garde.

Mine came from the Fluted Mushroom. It cost about $1200 and fed 200 people. It also included an "emergency tiers" in the event there was trouble with the cake.

It was white chocolate served with a raspberry coulees sauce.

This was my dream cake. I've had a miniature version made for my anniversary... I even made my husband promise to have another cake made just like this one to serve at my wake in the event that I die young (I'm not kidding!)
