White Chocolate, Almond And Raspberry Wedding Cake

Our wedding cake used white chocolate, almonds, and raspberries and was delicious! The white chocolate plastique had abstract heart designs in it, and the jaconde was almond flavored.

Each of the three tiers was topped with fresh raspberries, which tied in with the fresh berries topping our black forest groom's cake. The flowers around the bottom and top tiers didn't match my bouquet - and, in hindsight, I wish I had had the forethought to coordinate.
