Vegan Chocolate Cake

I am really, really happy about this cake. I guess it isn't anything special really, just a birthday cake. But I am a really bad cook and when this cake turned out fantastic I was so happy. I almost just bought a mix since my last attempt, 2 years ago, was a disaster that people still bring up to this day.

I made it in a heart shaped pan for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She loved it!
