Train Cake

This was very simple to make. I used the non stick train pan available at William-Sonoma. I let the cake cool and used royal icing to pipe on decoration and candies. Using tinted green coconut and crushed oreo cookies I created grass and dirt and then laid licorice tracks on it to support the trains.

The pan is very detailed and the cakes look great w/o any icing also.
