Tower Wedding Cake

The cake was probably the most expensive part of our wedding. Lim's family, most notably her mother, wanted a very extravagant wedding for their princess and that's exactly what they got.

It was made by Le Premiere Bakery of San Mateo, cost about $2,000 all told, and was delicious. It served about 300 guests and then some, we took boxes of it home with us. The thing was it was so thick and rich you could chew on a piece of it for an hour, so it went a long way.
