Three Layer Wedding Cake

This is a picture of my friend's wedding cake. She chose it because it was inexpensive but beautiful, and was the right size for the number of guests at her wedding. It served about 150 people and cost under $200.

She had it made at a local bakery, although I know that Publix, the local grocery store, does an excellent job on wedding cakes. This particular cake was suitable for herself and her groom, as it is simple in style without a lot of fussy decorations. There was no fondant, as the taste of fondant is not particularly pleasing, and it was important to them to have a good-tasting cake.
