The Birthday Cake Disaster

My sister in law's 33rd birthday was just a few weeks ago. Her favorite type of cake is a white cake with white icing. My step sister wanted to help bake the cake for the party. I said yes, thinking she is 14 and has baked before so what could go wrong.

Well something went terribly wrong during the preparation steps because as you can see from the picture the cake completely fell apart. We had to go to the local ice cream store for a cake for the party.

A simple prep tip from me is to oversee your help in the kitchen and be careful mixing.
