Thanksgiving Turkey With Stuffing Cake

I've made this cake once before and a customer of mine always gets a Lemon Cake every year along with Chocolate Walnut Cookies. This year he decided to change it up. He remembered seeing a picture of a Thanksgiving Turkey in my cake book. He wanted a Red Velvet Cake as well as a Carrot Cake so I gave him both worlds.

The body of the cake is a Red Velvet Cake and the stuffing is Carrot Cake. The icing was Cream Cheese Icing used to hold the stuffing also as the filling. The wings and legs was made from rice crispy treats that I shaped out myself. The coloring is a mixer between orange, brown, and a bit of yellow. The shiny baste look is clear writing gel. I put the cake in a roasting pan to keep the realistic look going. The customer loved it! All he said was,"Wow, that looks like a real turkey."
