Sweet 20th Birthday Cake

This birthday cake I made for my 20 year old sister. She's a lovely sweet girl and she likes sweeties too much.

It was easy to pepare and took me about 25 minutes preparation time and additional 55 minutes to bake it. You can use smarties or chocolate. Maybe you have some different ideas to set it up.
