Sweet 16 Cake

I made this cake for my niece's 16th birthday. Her room is Black and Hot pink so I duplicated those colors in a 2 tier'd cake. I tried to make it chic for a 16 year old using zebra type stripes and fun shimmery stars, all of which are made from fondant. She and her best of friends just loved it!

The bottom layer is a 9-in round and the top is a 6-in round. Both cakes are vanilla with a chocolate mousse filling. I leveled both cakes so there are 3 layers each and it was so yummy!
