Surfboard Cake
Rich chocolate cake covered with a thin layer of choc butter cream then topped with white fondant. The stripe is a cut piece of "sour strap", as was the fastener for the leg rope. Rope was a paper one from craft shop. Made for a 50th birthday. Sand is biscuit and brown suger, seashell chokkies on the sand.
