Super Why Birthday Cake

Super Why Birthday Cake I made this cake for my oldest son. It was his 4th birthday and I thought it would be great if mommy made his cake instead of just getting one from the store. I was able to customize it with his favorite character (Super Why). I decided to make this cake because the show was so new that there weren't any cake decorating sets that had Super Why on it. I had trouble making the icing. The only thing I can suggest is that the butter-cream icing is much easier to make than shortening icing and it tastes better. YUM!
