Six Tier Wedding Cake

Our Cake was a six tier cake with each cake having different fillings and different types of cake so that everyone could find something that they liked. I liked the idea of having a cake that was on separate cake stands and not one top to bottom layered cake.

The frosting was an off white with little edible pearls all around and red satin ribbon on the bottom of each cake. We also put flowers around the cake to make it look more elegant. I loved that we could also save the top cake and ate it for our anniversary. It was so good a year later, moist and fresh.
