Shamrock Cake

My daughter's birthday is on St. Patrick's Day and her favorite cake is Angel Food. I used an angel food cake pan and prepared the cake like the recipe on the Betty Crocker Cake mix box. I used Wilton Icing (found in crafts) and dyed it green with green food coloring. I iced the cake with the green frosting and then dyed some frosting darker green and drew the shape of a shamrock on the top of the cake as close to edge as possible. |
