Scooby Doo Birthday Cake

A friend did not have time to make a birthday cake for her daughter so I volunteered to do it for her. Her child, Delaney, was 6 years old and loved Scooby.

I had a Scooby Doo cake pan from Wilton as it was also my daughter’s favorite character.

Delaney’s favorite was chocolate. I used a chocolate fudge cake recipe that my grandmother used to make for me. Then I used chocolate fudge frosting and then bought tubes of colored frosting for the detail.
