Sand Castle Cake

My son's birthday is in the summer and he loves going to the beach and building sand castles. For his 5th birthday I bought a pan shaped like a castle. I baked a white cake in it and sprinkled a mixture of brown sugar and powdered sugar on it to look like sand. I filled the empty center with fruit and whipped cream for a tasty treat. My son loved it. |
