Sachertorte - the finest cake you can possibly bake!

As I am half-Austrian, I was inspired to bake something Austrian for my child. I chose to make a Sachertorte.

The birthday boy was 11 when I baked him the cake.

Some preparation tips: add alot of chocolate icing! This is a very fine and inportant detail!
