Rainbow Ducky Cake

I made this cake for the older adults at my son's birthday party. The cake was reduced sugar. I used two boxes of cake mix and then the batter was divided into separate bowls and tinted with neon food coloring. Then it was layered into two 9-inch pans. It was frosted with food coloring tinted cool whip.

This was for my son's first birthday.

I followed the instructions on the box. But made the frosting as I mentioned before.
