Rainbow Birthday Cake Slices

I named my daughter after Iris, the Greek goddess of the rainbow. So, it was only natural to do something rainbowed for her cake! It was for her first birthday. I didn't use a special pan, but I did have to prepare it a special way in order to get the swirled effect. When mixing the ingredients, I used sprite instead of water.
