Pudding Cake
Pudding Cake is a dessert that came from Great Britain. It first appeared in the early 17th Century.

In the beginning, people in
Britain were using old bread and they would steam it and then add any
ingredients they would find, such as meat and fruit. Then, the whole concoction
would be thrown in the oven oven for baking.
Through the years people
became more inventive and more foods became available. Now, this popular
dessert is made in versions that include chocolate, pineapple, pistachio, vanilla,
Oreo cookies, lemon, peach, banana, coffee, Key Lime, Pina Colada, blueberry,
and more.
