Princess Crown Cake

My little girl loves Disney princess so I decided to do her a crown cake with all her favourite characters on it...

I brought a chocolate swirl mix from coles, baked it in a very large rectangle cake tin... and baked another 6 mini cup cakes.

Covered it with pink icing and covered 4 of the 6 cup cakes with blue icing... Not a real good job of icing as it was already 30 odd degrees outside when I iced it. Brought Disney princess sugar decorations and placed them all around the cake and on the cup cakes. Decorated the blank area with hearts and silver bubles between the sugar features.

Did Amber's name with gel icing.. and placed a 4yr old candle in the center
