Princess Barbie Cake

My daughter was turning 3 and she absolutely loved (and still does) love anything related to Barbie, princesses, and pink! This was prepared using round varying sizes of round cake tins. I found that this 3-tiered approach to the dress worked better than using one deep bowl or pan.
