Polka Dot Cake

I am one of those people who love crafts and love to make things myself, but one thing I had never made was a cool birthday cake.

Since my daughter's third birthday was coming up, I thought it would be cool to really do something special for her cake. So I made a two tierd square cake and first frosted it with white buttercream icing. Then I took red, blue, yellow, and green fondant and cut out different size circles. After I cut out the circles, I stuck them onto the cake, making a polka dotted cake.

It was soooo cute and all of the kids loved eating the little fondant circles, they thought that it was cool that you could take them off and eat them.
