Pistaschio Cake Recipe

Pistaschio Cake Recipe:


My sister-in-law gave me this recipe because it was one of my husband's favorites growing up. The use of pudding really makes it very moist, and the pistachio flavor is an unusual treat. Enjoy!

1 box white cake mix
2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding
5 whole eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water - first add 1 teaspoon vanilla in bottom of cup, then fill to 1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease and flour an angel food cake pan.
Beat together all the ingredients, mixing well.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 1 hour. Do not invert to cool cake.
