Pirate Birthday Cake My boyfriend and I decided that we did not want to do the typical Barney, polka dot, or teddy bear cake for my daughter's first birthday, so we decided we would do a pirate cake. This was our first full size cake we made with fondant, and everybody at the party loved it. Overall, it was a great success.
