Pink Present Cake

This cake was made using 3 different square sized cake tins. The 3 layers were made up of one chocolate and 2 vanilla cakes under the pink icing. We also used glitter sprinkles and lots of pink food colouring to make the icing various shades of pink.

Basically you just need 3 square cakes, or any shape you choose, gradually getting smaller. use icing and jam to sandwich the sponges together. Then with your choice of colour and icing, ice the cake to make it look like 3 parcels stacked on top of each other. Add edible or real ribbon for the finishing touch.
