Pink Lady Cake

My granddaughter is all girl, and all about pink. At the time, she also loved her Barbie dolls. Though I'm not much of a pink lady kind of person, nor am I very good at decorating cakes, I'll go to the ends of the earth to make my granddaughter happy. This is the result, and we were both very happy on her fifth birthday.

I had to buy the special skirt shaped pan, a doll specifically for the cake, and cake decorating utensils. It wasn't as hard as I thought it might be.
