I took a fondant cake decorating class with a friend's daughter. I really enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with her. She does cake decorating on the side already and wanted to increase her skills. I on the other hand am not a cake decorator. She made me promise when I finished the class to make a least one fondant cake and here it is
