Pineapple Upside Down Cake

It wasn't really strange or unique, but I wanted a different cake for my daughter's birthday. She was 3 at the time and a big fruit-lover, and I really wanted to avoid a frosted cake. All it took was an iron skillet, milk, pineapple, cherries, flour, shortening. Very simple, and she loved it.
