Pancake Birthday Cake.

I was inspired by my daughter's love of pancakes. She was turning 9. I made several large pancakes, and put fruit between each layer of cake. I topped it with loads of whipped cream and more fruit. It was a huge hit, everyone got a good laugh and some yummy cake. Sorry, no pics.
