Paige's Dorothy Cake

Because my mother has passed her love of the Wizard of Oz down my niece she wanted a pair of ruby slippers for her birthday cake and my sister and I figured out how to do it.

I molded the shoes out of rice cereal treats and my sister piped the red frosting on them then added red dusting sugar to make them sparkle. Then we added cupcakes in the shape of a rainbow and some doggies to look like Toto and it was complete. She loved it!
