Our Wedding Cake From Publix

We special ordered our cake from the local Publix Supermarket in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. We wanted something simple, yet nice. We also wanted to have different flavors in the middle, as well as different fillings.

We met with the head baker at Publix and discussed our needs and wants with her. We ended up coming up with a cake that fit all of our needs. The outside was a simple design with cake and fondant and the inside was filled with various flavors. We had marble, chocolate and vanilla cake, along with strawberry, vanilla pudding and custard fillings.

The cake was very good and well received. Everyone thought the taste was fabulous and it really retained its flavor and moisture, even hours later!
