Orange Mandarin Cake Recipe


1 box of yellow cake mix
3/4 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1-11oz. can of mandarin oranges with juice

Beat ingredients for 3 minutes. Bake in (2) 9" round pans, greased and floured, for 30-36 minutes at 350 degrees.


1 large can (2 1/2 cups) crushed pineapple with juice
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 tub of cool whip

Beat in large bowl. Fold in 12oz. of cool whip. Ice on throughly cooled cake.
