No Chocolate Cake, Mom!

So this is a cake for a 12 year old girl who hates most chocolate. I don't know where she gets it from, but she wants nothing to do with chocolate (except for white chocolate, which isn't really chocolate, of course). She loves strawberries, though, so that's what I used to put together this delicious cake. She didn't want anything themed because she was all grown up, of course, so she wanted a grown up cake similar to the one I had made for her father's birthday. But without the chocolate. And with LOTS of frosting.

It's basically genoise layers alternated with strawberry cream and passionfruit cream covered in shaved white chocolate and strawberries.

It was WONDERFUL. :)
