Open Bible Cake
This cake is a 4in.x5in. that I made to sit on a 18x24 sheet cake for 1 of our missionaries 50th wedding anniversary.
This cake was Definitely the HARDEST cake that I've made, considering the size and trying to pipe the letters took over 2 hours to get them right!
The cake icing fondant is all homemade. I make MM Fondant (minimarshmallows, veg. shortening, 3T. water 1 T. van. flavoring, and powdered sugar).
The cake is my french vanilla cake with my strawberry buttercream icing.
I always use Wilton's icing colors, for all my icing, fondant, & piping colors.
