My Tastiest Mistake Ever!

My 31st birthday was coming up. As a result, I decided to make my favorite cake: Angel food with strawberries on top, and strawberry gellato on the side. MMMMM....But, plans did not work out!! My cake did not turn out very well, and was not usable as a seperate "cake." Being that I had guests on the way, I had to invent something good, and quick.
Once you make your angel food cake, tear it into little pieces. Take about one-third and put it in a freezer safe bowl.
Take your strawberries (fresh are better, but you can use frozen, as long as they are defrosted) and put them in a food processor with a bowl of whipped cream. Let it blend and whip and process for about 1 minute.
Take your strawberry mixture and completely cover your pieces of angel food cake. Keep making layers like this until you run out of the cake or strawberries.
Top with whole strawberries, and put in the freezer for about 1 hour. Serve in a bowl, with a spoon, topped with whipped cream! YUM!!
