My Ice Cream Cake

My daughter was turning 18 years old and I decided to continue with the tradition my mom gave me. I made my daughter a wonderfly delicious ice cream cake. I had to go to Costco and buy a special cake mixing set in order to make this half ice cream half cake, cake. Well I first made some homemade vanilla ice cream, bought some cake mix and carefully put them together. It took about 5 hours to make the ice cream, and once that was done I made her favorite cake mix. Her favorite is chocolate and vanilla. I don't have a picture that I can find at the moment. We have moved so many times that it is in a photo album. If I do find it I will submit it. My daughter was very pleased. |
