My Homemade Bannana Cake

Here's the recipe :)

Cake:
12 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 cup mashed bananas
3/4 cup milk or buttermilk

Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla.

Mix ingredients, cook at 350 for 25 minutes in two 8" pans. Stack cake layers with frosting between them. Coat top with frosting. Enjoy.
