My Fruitcakes

I like cake, especially fruitcakes, very much. When I was a child I hoped that I would be a pastry cook. At that time, I cooked cakes for my family. I was loving those jobs and I wanted to do this all my life. But I couldn't. I am an economist now but I like fruitcakes still and I still cook them for myself and my family.

The fruitcake is special because every fruitcake has a story. They have special characters. All the fruitcakes I have cooked are different from one another. It depends on which fruit is in it.

My favorite fruitcake name is cinapcof. I gave this name to it because it is made with cinnamon, apple and black turkish coffee.

I can cook all kinds of fruitcakes but I like to cook cinapcof.
