My Cake!

I made this cake for a 12-year-old girl who obviously LOVES color. The more, the better.

I used a regular 10" pan to make a double-layered yellow cake with marshmallow filling. The cake was covered in buttercream and this that was covered with a marshmallow fondant. The marshmallow fondant was also colored and used to form the decorations. The tendrils coming off the cake were made with wire.

I enjoyed making this and it was definitely well received!
