MY CAKE

My daughter's friends inspired me to prepare a surprise cake for my daughter's birthday.

My daughter is 15 years old.

I prepared the cake using flour, egg, sugar, baking powder and butter.

I mixed well all the ingredients and the cake came out as soft as a sponge. I added tutty fruities which gave a colourful appearance. I prepared the cake without icing.

The cake was in the shape of a dolphin, which was made with the help of a mould which my friend gave.

My daughter felt very happy on seeing the fabulous cake on her birthday.
