Monster Truck Cake
My grandson loves monster trucks so we decided to make him a monster truck cake for his 4th birthday. The cake was frozen before it was cut into the right size pieces. Freezing it helped so it did not crumble. Three cake mixes were used for this. It was a chocolate/yellow combination.
