Moist Lemon Cake

My mom was wanting to have this lemon cake for Easter, so I asked my aunt for the recipe. I had never made it before, but it turned out great. Very moist and refreshing. A wonderful recipe for spring!


Ingredients:

1 cup hot water
1 box lemon jello (dissolve jello in water)
Yellow cake mix
3/4 C. Oil
4 Eggs
1 t. lemon extract

Preparation:

Mix together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Lemon Glaze
2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Juice of 3 lemons

Make fork holes in cake. Pour glaze over cake.
