Mandarin Cake
My brother's birthday boy, turning 12, loves fruits and chocolates and adores dipping both berries and fruits into hot chocolate. So, we decided to make a mandarin-chocolate cake! Remember to use plenty of fruit and, if using a very liquid fruit such as mandarin, make sure that the fruit isn't too wet before placing it on the cake (or the cream will be completely orange, too)!
