LSU Tigers Cake

This LSU Tiger cake was brought to our 4th of July celebtration by a friend named Larry. He is a big fan of the Texas Longhorns, who had recently lost to the LSU Tigers in the College World Series. Knowing he would receive a lot of ribbing from the LSU fans at the party, which included pretty much everyone except Larry, he had a local grocery (Robert Fresh Market on West Esplanade Avenue in Metairie, Louisiana) create this cake.

It congratulates the victorious LSU team. It was also a very tasty and rich chocolate cake.
