Looking For Help For Surprise Wedding Cake

Let me first tell you about my niece. She had a massive heart attack when she was five weeks old and neither the doctors nor my family ever expected her to live to be 25, let alone get married. She has had some hard roads in life and I can hardly write this wihtout tears.

I wish you could make this cake but as you may know money at this stage of life is tight so I want to attemp to make her a cake. I need a recipe for the batter, if you please.
