Little Mermaid Cake
Made this cake for my little sister's birthday as she loves the Little Mermaid. Just used two regular circle cake pans, layered them with raspberry filling between then covered in icing and rolled fondant. Made the characters out of fondant as well and printed and laminated the Ariel and Eric photo to place in the boat.
